Build lower body strength and improve your mobility with daily squats.

Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
  2. Keep your chest up and back straight
  3. Lower your body as if sitting in a chair
  4. Keep your knees in line with your toes
  5. Go as low as comfortable, then return to standing
  6. Perform 3 sets with as many reps as you can
