Wim Hof Pushups Challenge
Combine the power of breathing with pushups to build strength and mental resilience.

Instructions
- Start by doing 30-40 deep Wim Hof breaths (in through nose, out through mouth)
- After the last breath, exhale completely and hold your breath
- While holding your breath, do as many pushups as possible
- When you need to breathe, inhale deeply and relax
- Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds total
