Combine the power of breathing with pushups to build strength and mental resilience.

Instructions

  1. Start by doing 30-40 deep Wim Hof breaths (in through nose, out through mouth)
  2. After the last breath, exhale completely and hold your breath
  3. While holding your breath, do as many pushups as possible
  4. When you need to breathe, inhale deeply and relax
  5. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds total
